Single Serve Healthy Pepperoni Pizza


Get ready!

Your pizza cravings are about to be curbed.


Ingredients:
One small flour tortilla
One tbsp Contadina pizza squeeze sauce
Hormel turkey pepperoni(1/3 serving, about 6 slices)
Half serving fat free cheese, grated
Sliced mushrooms
Crumbled goat cheese (1/4 serving)
3 chopped cherry tomatoes

Instructions:
Spray a baking sheet with nonstick spray, and bake tortilla on each side for about 5 minutes at 350.
Slather sauce on the tortilla, followed by the cheese, pepperoni, and mushrooms.

Bake for ten minutes or until cheese is melted, and tortilla is crispy.

Eat your pizza. Don't worry, be happy.
