Cheesey Sausage Breakfast Muffins


Ingredients

  • Better'n Eggs - Egg Beaters, 1/4 cup
  • Jennie-O - Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, 1 Links
  • Trader Joes - Light Sharp Celtic Cheddar Cheese, 5 g
  • Generic - 1 Tablespoon 1% Milk
  • 1.5oz mushrooms
  • dash of salt
Instructions
  •  Measure two tablespoons each of egg beater into two muffin cups.
  • Chop up one of the turkey breakfast sausage links and put it in the egg mixture.
  • Add half a tablespoon of milk to each muffin cup as well.
  • Then measure some cheese into the muffin cups.
  • Crumble up mushroom into the mixture and dash some salt on top of each.
  • Put the muffin tin in the oven at 375 degrees. It does take a little bit to cook, I’d say 10-15 minutes.

Nutritional info: One serving = 2 muffins = 107 calories. 

*You can make this with any kind of sausage and cheese that you want! Turns out the same. This is just what I did for this specific time.
