Ingredients
- Better'n Eggs - Egg Beaters, 1/4 cup
- Jennie-O - Turkey Breakfast Sausage Links, 1 Links
- Trader Joes - Light Sharp Celtic Cheddar Cheese, 5 g
- Generic - 1 Tablespoon 1% Milk
- 1.5oz mushrooms
- dash of salt
- Measure two tablespoons each of egg beater into two muffin cups.
- Chop up one of the turkey breakfast sausage links and put it in the egg mixture.
- Add half a tablespoon of milk to each muffin cup as well.
- Then measure some cheese into the muffin cups.
- Crumble up mushroom into the mixture and dash some salt on top of each.
- Put the muffin tin in the oven at 375 degrees. It does take a little bit to cook, I’d say 10-15 minutes.

Nutritional info: One serving = 2 muffins = 107 calories.
*You can make this with any kind of sausage and cheese that you want! Turns out the same. This is just what I did for this specific time.
